Empower Future Initiative was founded with a vision to empower individuals in underserved communities, particularly in Nigeria, with the necessary tools to break free from the cycle of poverty and economic instability. We recognize that youth and women are key drivers of change, and by providing them with the right skills and opportunities, we can create more sustainable, self-reliant communities.
The organization was officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria, under registration number CAC/IT8392723. This registration granted us the legal recognition to operate as a nonprofit organization in the country. We are also officially registered with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), being a Supervised Institution for the EFCC’s Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML). These registrations allow us to operate transparently and effectively while ensuring that we meet regulatory standards and work in compliance with Nigerian laws.
Empower Future Initiative’s mission is centered around skill acquisition, economic empowerment, and environmental sustainability. Our programs focus on providing vocational and digital skills training to young people and women who are often left behind in economic growth and development.
We strive to:
Equip individuals with the skills necessary to secure gainful employment or start their own businesses.
Promote digital literacy and entrepreneurship, enabling participants to navigate the digital economy and create sustainable business models.
Advocate for climate action by promoting eco-friendly practices and waste-to-wealth initiatives, teaching communities to convert waste into valuable resources.
